Event Pricing

Wedding Rental – $1,600.00 (Includes:)

  • Reception hall and grounds from 8am till midnight
  • Bridal Suite
    • Check in at 1pm
    • Check out by 11 am
  • Tables and chairs to seat 100 guest for dinner
  • Extra tables for food, gifts, cakes etc…
  • Linen tablecloths (white or black)
  • 10 x 12 pergola in back yard for ceremony site
  • Assorted glass globes and mirrors to use for centerpieces (flowers not included)

By the hour rental – (Includes: Rental only)

  • Saturdays – 6 hours minimum – $750
  • Fridays – 4 hours minimum – $550
  • Sunday through Thursday – 3 hour minimum – $450
  • Each additional hour –  $100
  • Building clean up fee  – ranges from $150 – $250
  • Bridal Suite – $150 per night
  • Parkview Room – $75 per night
  • Linen Table Cloths – $5 each per table
    • $10 each for floor length
